YouLike Solutions runs as a studio of specialists — no hierarchy, no politics, no timesheet culture. You work directly with clients, own your part of the product, and share in what we build.

We're fully remote with roots in Vancouver, BC. Compensation is competitive, and we structure equity-adjacent arrangements for key team members who grow with us.

What we look for

You've shipped real products — not just demos or side projects that never launched.
You can move fast without cutting corners that matter.
You prefer working in a tight team over a large org.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and can make decisions without a three-level approval chain.
